Ocean Blvd

Ocean Blvd began as a Coos Bay, Oregon jam session drawing upon many top flight musicians from the Bay Area, eventually performing its inaugural public gig in March of 2022, and quickly becoming the Oregon Coast’s premier instrumental funk band.

Ocean Blvd is in demand all over the Pacific Northwest and has performed at music festivals in Oregon and Washington, including Manifest, The Clambake Festival, The Bay Area Fun Fest, Coos Bay’s Blackberry Arts Festival and Music on the Bay Festival, as well as at clubs, restaurants, breweries, and at private and corporate events around the region. The music is a powerful mixture of funk classics and funk-infused originals, and the band’s incredibly tight rhythm section, crisp, powerful horn duo, and stellar musicianship make Ocean Blvd the band most likely to shake your booty.

Members include band leader Andy Price (bass), Jane Suppes (vocals/keyboard),Tim Fields (drums), Seth Kirby (electric mandolin), Gary Johnson (guitar),  Robert Jackson (trumpet), and Mike Stinnett (saxophone).
